Raleigh Home Inspections

- A single framing inspection: $175.00

(This is an inspection of the existing framing, foundation wall and piers for the support of the building)

- Multiple inspections during construction: $325.00 + the home inspection price -$50.00

(The multiple inspection price is for inspections of the footing, foundation, framing and a final inspection which is a standard home inspection. Each of these are separate inspections and requires 4 trips to the job site)

 

(Construction inspection customers receive $50.00 off the home inspection price)

 

 

These customers also receive $50.00 off a the year-end warranty inspection of their house!
